Position Type: ContractOnsite

Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a software or digital product manager, business analyst, or equivalent within an agile/scrum development process
  • Proficient in defining, analyzing, documenting, and communicating product and software requirements in an agile setting
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify and solve critical problems to achieve business outcomes
  • Naturally curious, analytical, and data-driven
  • Experience using data to measure performance, identify opportunities, and make decisions
  • Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers and developers to deliver user-friendly products
  • Knowledge of web and mobile technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
  • Bonus: Knowledge of wealth management, online brokerage/banking, or financial services
  • Preferred: Track record of delivering innovative fintech or digital solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Fleet as a Product Owner by defining and prioritizing features, supporting release planning, and developing business requirements
  • Identify and elaborate on critical user journeys, workflows, and business processes aligned with product goals
  • Build and maintain a prioritized product backlog, grooming epics and user stories for agile sprints
  • Support backlog refinement and sprint planning to communicate requirements and achieve stakeholder consensus
  • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure effective communication and rapid delivery
  • Work with stakeholders across business, technology, UX, risk, cyber & fraud, legal & compliance to elicit requirements
  • Gather and prioritize feedback to identify product gaps and new features
  • Partner with UI/UX teams to develop wireframes, user flows, and design concepts
  • Coordinate with the program management office for product release planning
  • Define and monitor KPIs and product adoption metrics
