Product Owner I - LERETA LLC : Job Details

This role involves creating, owning, and managing product features aligned with product roadmaps, strategy, and company objectives. Responsibilities include creating business process flow diagrams, generating detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with stakeholders and cross-team partners. The candidate will represent their domain, participate in scrum ceremonies, work closely with QA and UI/UX teams, and contribute to the growth of the Agile team.

Salary Range: $98,517 - $145,951 Grade 112

• 1-5 years' experience as a product owner, business systems analyst, or 3-5 years of escrow and/or real estate tax experience as a senior manager or above.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and SQL.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint and managing work in an application lifecycle manager.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• A track record of following through on commitments.
• Experience and success in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
