Own and manage the product backlog and schedule, ensuring priorities align with business goals and delivery timelines. Collaborate with customers, users, SMEs, and stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements, decision logic, and value propositions. Act as the day-to-day champion of the product vision, ensuring the team is empowered and informed to make aligned decisions. Proactively identify and address risks, dependencies, and blockers to maintain delivery momentum. Lead agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews to drive continuous improvement.
