Infosys is seeking a passionate and experienced Product Owner - Data Management. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Agile development team. Collaborate with Scrum Master, developers, QA, and other roles to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Houston, TX or be willing to relocate. Travel to project locations may be required.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Decision Making: Use data and analytics for quick, informed decisions to advance development and measure success.
• Effective Communication: Convey product requirements and updates clearly to the team and stakeholders.
• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with business goals.
• Gather, refine, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and end users.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews to meet sprint goals.
• Make trade-off decisions between scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Ensure features and products meet user expectations and add value.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback and metrics.
• Familiarity with Data Analysis, Data Systems, Data Warehousing, ETL, Data Visualization (Excel, PowerBI), Data Governance, Security, and Compliance.

This role may involve extensive travel and prolonged periods working at a computer. Effective communication via telephone, email, and face-to-face is essential.
