Product Owner – CareScout/USLI Agent Portal - GENWORTH : Job Details

As a Product Owner, you will focus on enhancing the agent experience, which directly impacts the customer experience. You will manage the agent self-service portal, enabling licensed agents and their teams to complete key transactions such as accessing policy information, submitting applications, and reviewing commission statements. This role requires strong collaboration with IT, PMO, and cross-functional teams using Agile/ Scrum methodologies to deliver intuitive, empowering digital experiences.
