Product Operations Manager - BrickRed Systems : Job Details

We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the successful launch and management of our products. The role focuses on streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring alignment with product strategy

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with product managers, development, marketing, and other teams to align operations with business goals.
• Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate activities to ensure smooth and timely product launches.
• Implement process improvements, best practices, and workflows for efficiency.
• Track KPIs, generate reports, and provide insights using analytics.
• Facilitate team communication, status meetings, and risk management.
• Oversee quality assurance and integrate customer feedback for improvements.
• Manage external vendor relationships and ensure quality and timeline adherence.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong background in project coordination, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with Miro and Airtable is a plus.
