Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Specialty Product Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about finance, product development, and cross-functional coordination. You will serve as a liaison between internal and external sales representatives, ensuring alignment across departments and driving the growth and success of our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, tracking, and performance reporting of an alternative financing solution.
• Maintain up-to-date product documentation, internal training materials, and product enablement assets.
• Act as the communication bridge between the internal product/sales teams and external partner sales representatives.
• Gather market and sales feedback from the field and share actionable insights with internal teams.
• Coordinate regular updates, Q&A sessions, and training rollouts to ensure product knowledge consistency across the organization.

Project & Operational Management

• Track key product launches, enhancements, and changes, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Support cross-functional projects with clear documentation and follow-through.
• Assist with sales performance analytics and contribute to portfolio reviews and business planning cycles.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical details into actionable sales strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working across departments and with external stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
