Position Responsibilities:
Candidate will oversee product marketing strategy and execution, reporting, marketing campaigns and optimization for a subset of Reading Subscriptions products across multiple international marketplaces. The candidate is responsible for the creation of consumer-based marketing strategies that identify target costumers for digital reading and align the product marketing campaigns and content in order to support the customer journey, from acquisition to upsell. They conduct competitive analysis, monitor and assesses the digital reading market in order to realize measures and strategies the business can adopt to expand the Reading Subscription programs. The candidate plays a pivotal role in incorporating the realized product strategies into the product's positioning, product messaging, product roadmaps and other activities.
Position Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered, as a Program Manager, Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): experience working cross-functionally with highly matrixed teams; experience in excel, data mining, data management, and reporting; experience with financial or analytical modeling and analysis; experience driving alignment and establishing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups; experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a consumer tech product; and experience overseeing consumer marketing strategy and definition.
