We are seeking a seasoned Data Product Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our core data environment supports our broader product roadmaps. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and will work closely with internal stakeholders, including our internal technology, analytics, and peer product teams. As a Data Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional data initiatives to drive alignment and achieve strategic goals.
In this role, you will define and prioritize data product features and requirements, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance with relevant regulations. You will develop and maintain a deep understanding of data sources, data flows, and data architecture, driving the development and implementation of data management best practices. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze data product performance, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Data Product Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.

This position will have a base salary and bonus.
The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Minnesota, Hawaii, and Colorado: $93,400 - $155,700 USD
The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Illinois, Maryland, and Washington: $98,100 - $163,500 USD
The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for California and Washington DC: $107,400 - $179,100 USD
The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for New York and New Jersey: $102,800 - $171,300 USD
