Job Description: ELLKAY is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Product Marketing Associate to support the development of compelling product content and documentation for our healthcare data management platform and products. This role will contribute to end-user documentation, sales enablement materials, and market research to help communicate product value and support go-to-market strategy. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: BASE | Support the creation of product documentation and marketing assets that clearly communicate the value and functionality of ELLKAY's healthcare solutions. GROWTH | Help standardize product content, contribute to go-to-market materials, and support internal enablement efforts through organized, branded resources. FUTURE | Take ownership of product marketing and documentation strategies to scale content across a growing portfolio of healthcare platforms. Key Activities
- Create and update end-user documentation, user guides, and product training materials.
- Assist in developing internal tools such as FAQs, training decks, and sales reference sheets.
- Support the production of branded product collateral including brochures, diagrams, and presentations.
- Help create client-facing videos and visual assets based on product workflows.
- Conduct research to support market and competitive insights.
- Maintain and organize content libraries and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, technical writing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product marketing, documentation, or content development.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
- Interest in healthcare IT or software products preferred.
