Responsibilities:

  • Manage Data Platforms and Engineering Services (DPES) products through new and existing features.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback from internal customers and DPES PMTs to inform roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with PMTs, technical teams, and customers to define business requirements.
  • Own the vision and documentation for platform features.
  • Translate business needs into platform requirements and user stories.
  • Coordinate forums to identify feature development opportunities.
  • Contribute to quarterly platform product planning and prioritize backlogs.
  • Make trade-off decisions on features and backlog items.
  • Use market metrics to inform backlog adjustments and prioritize features.
  • Maintain clear product documentation for engineering teams.
  • Support self-service and reduce overhead where possible.
  • Use research, metrics, and analysis to understand platform needs.
  • Participate in customer research to inform features.
  • Coordinate with dependent teams on platform requirements.
  • Ensure alignment with user experience design.
  • Monitor feature development and adjust as needed.
  • Review demos against acceptance criteria.
  • Prepare launches and monitor performance and adoption.
  • Support post-launch reviews and incorporate feedback.
  • Identify and prioritize issues affecting timely delivery or quality.
  • Mentor team members and assist in hiring and onboarding.
  • Qualifications:

    Compensation and Benefits

    Based in O'Fallon, Missouri, with a salary range of $77,000 - $123,000 USD, including benefits such as insurance, paid leave, 401k, fitness reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, and more.
