Title:Product Manager Risk Adjustment Location:Remote Type:Temp to Hire Salary Conversion:$110,000-$150,000/year Description: We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Risk Adjustment Analytics product. This role will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, operations, and client teams to deliver solutions that drive accuracy, efficiency, and value in risk adjustment programs. What You Will Do:

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for the Risk Adjustment platform
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and product features
• Define and track key performance metrics (e.g., RAF accuracy, coding yield, audit pass rates)
• Partner with engineering and data teams to guide product development and ensure delivery against timelines
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on client needs, compliance requirements, and ROI
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the risk adjustment space
• Lead UAT and coordinate client feedback for continuous product improvement
• Ensure product documentation, training materials, and release notes are clear and accessible

• Proven ability to navigate and interpret Medicare Advantage operations and regulatory requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Effective communicator who can bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams

• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrated focus on aligning project outcomes with user needs and business goals

What You Will Bring:

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or health tech
• Strong understanding of risk adjustment (Medicare Advantage, ACA, HCC models, etc.)
• Experience working with analytics products or data platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and agile development practices
• Experience with risk adjustment vendors, health plans, or coding workflows
