About the Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to join the growing Dayforce Product Management team in a global and remote-first environment. Shape the future of Dayforce as a Principal Product Manager, drive innovation and help lead the charge in solving complex business challenges and evolving our Core HR and Integrations Features. As a Principal Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of product development, ensuring alignment and delivering maximum business value. You'll drive cross-functional collaboration, champion agile best practices, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve our product.

  • Define and refine the product roadmap, prioritizing high-impact features.
  • Collaborate globally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable product solutions.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including user story creation.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Champion agile methodologies and foster a high-performance Scrum team.
  • Analyze product metrics and performance data for continuous improvement.
  • Resolve conflicts, and gain cross-functional buy-in.

Skills and experiences we value

We're looking for a seasoned product manager with deep HCM expertise and a proven track record in enterprise SaaS. You'll need strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote, agile environment.

  • 8+ years in product management, with a focus on HCM or HR SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in Core HR and Integrations, including APIs and cloud platforms.
  • Proven experience in Agile/Scrum product management and backlog management (Jira, Aha!).
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to translate complex concepts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical abilities.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching product teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, global environment.

  • Strong experience resolving large scale conflicts between cross-functional teams.
  • Expert level experience in the HCM domain.
  • Experience driving beautiful user experiences, and using frameworks such as HEART.
  • Ability to query data sets.
