About the Role

As the Product Manager, you will lead the charge in developing and supporting innovative liner products that enhance the customer experience and drive growth. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product portfolio, improving competitiveness, and supporting sales initiatives across global markets. Working cross-functionally, you will oversee the full product lifecycle—from strategic conception to market release.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the liner product portfolio within our milking solutions.
  • Define and implement a strategic roadmap for product offerings.
  • Provide commercial and technical support to global market organizations.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Drive order intake and sales targets for liners by enhancing our product competitiveness.
  • Lead and contribute to special projects.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering or five years of relevant experieince.
  • High technical aptitude with a solid grasp of business and product strategy.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in mechanical or agricultural engineering.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.

The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $70,000 - $90,000 per year. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.

The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
