Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Product Manager to oversee our Lane Equipment portfolio, including ophthalmic chairs, stands, instrument tables, stools, and related items. The role involves managing all aspects to drive growth and profitability, working closely with manufacturers and internal teams to ensure the right products are commercialized, customer tools are developed, and internal communications are optimized. A key focus will be developing an online portal for customer viewing, customization, and purchasing.
This position is based in New Jersey, requiring residence within 1 hour of Berlin, NJ, and availability for onsite meetings.
Key ResponsibilitiesExpected base salary: $120,000 - $140,000 annually. In addition, eligible for a 5% annual bonus. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors.
