We are seeking a Product Manager to play a pivotal role in various client modernization initiatives. This role will involve leading cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch new products or services that align with the overall modernization strategy.Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines features, timelines, and priorities.
• Communicate progress and gather feedback from stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead and participate in product requirements gathering sessions with SMEs and vendor, review vendor requirements and provide feedback
• Establish processes to continuously collect, analyze, and act on user feedback, ensuring their voices are integrated into the product roadmap.
• Conduct demos and presentations for stakeholders to showcase new features and gather their input
• Identify potential risks (e.g., delivery delays, missed requirements) and work to mitigate them proactively.
• Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on product features and functionality.
• Serve as the voice of the policy team, ensuring that their needs and feedback are prioritized in product development.
• Develop a clear product vision that aligns with the overall system modernization goals.
• Develop and execute a go-live strategy to ensure successful system deployment and adoption.
• Measure product success using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Must Haves – Required Education, Certifications, Skills, And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, information systems, or related field.
• Product Management Certification (CPM, CSPO, etc..)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
