Role Overview

As Product Manager, you will own the definition and execution of our product roadmap. You'll translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, partner with design and engineering to deliver impactful solutions, and oversee QA to maintain product quality. While the Director of Technology and Lead Developer will drive engineering execution and agile ceremonies, you will remain accountable for ensuring that the right product is built, tested, and delivered to users.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing strategic product thinking with tactical delivery oversight.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
• Translate customer feedback and business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
• Partner closely with design and engineering to refine requirements and ensure delivery alignment.
• Collaborate with the Director of Technology and Lead Developer on sprint planning, agile ceremonies, and release execution.
• Perform QA testing on frontend and client-facing tools to ensure product quality before release.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and releases to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain product documentation, release notes, and status updates.
• Serve as the communication hub between engineering, operations, and leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management or project management experience in SaaS or technology startups.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with engineering teams.
• Ability to write detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience performing QA on frontend features and client-facing applications.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills; able to clearly convey product vision and requirements to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of driving delivery of high-quality software.

Nice to Have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification.
• Background in QA, software engineering, or project management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• Experience in startups or high-growth environments where priorities shift quickly.

Salary115 - 145K/year based on experience
