This newly created role will focus on a high-value product line central to the company's growth strategy. The Product Manager will be responsible for building the first formal roadmap, driving product lifecycle management, and leading initiatives that expand market share and strengthen customer adoption. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product roadmap for a technically complex equipment line, including lifecycle management, upgrades, and rollout timelines.
- Lead go-to-market planning for multiple machine variations, supporting adoption in existing markets and laying the foundation for new ones.
- Partner closely with engineering, sales, and leadership to align technical development with customer needs.
- Engage directly with customers to strengthen relationships, capture feedback, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Contribute to pricing strategies, margin analysis, and competitive positioning.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to recommend adjustments to strategy and investments.
Qualifications and Must-Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical product management.
- Strong background with complex capital equipment (e.g., CNC machinery, robotics, or advanced manufacturing systems).
- Demonstrated ability to create product roadmaps, manage lifecycles, and support go-to-market initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering, sales, and leadership teams.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
