We're seeking a Competitive Parts Business Manager to lead strategic efforts in aftermarket parts for competitive equipment across related markets. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth through innovative product strategies, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for developing and executing business plans for competitive aftermarket parts. You'll lead efforts across product planning, market intelligence, new product development, and sales enablement. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, market insight, and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for aftermarket parts product lines
  • Create and manage a Product Roadmap covering design, pricing, and positioning
  • Conduct market research and detailed competitor analysis
  • Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Business (VOB) sessions
  • Drive new product development (NPD) initiatives from concept to launch
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams
  • Support sales efforts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Track KPIs including sales, margins, market share, and product performance
  • Monitor industry trends, regulations, and disruptive technologies

Qualification:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or sales
  • Proven track record in cross-functional leadership and customer engagement
  • Strong communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; business education is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead initiatives independently
  • Experience presenting business cases and driving product launches
