Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Create and manage the execution of a multi-year roadmap for electric actuators.
- Ensure alignment with customer requirements and technological innovations.
- Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to uncover potential opportunities.
- Engage directly with customers, OEMs, and channel partners to capture voice-of-customer (VOC) insights.
- Determine compelling value propositions that drive sustainable and profitable growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams through all stages of the product development lifecycle.
- Oversee product development from concept and design to launch and post-launch support.
- Ensure new product development initiatives are delivered on time and within cost targets.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including enhancements, quality improvements, and performance optimization.
- Drive backward compatibility and product migration strategies to support extended 15+ year product lifecycles.
- Develop robust business cases for new products and upgrades, including ROI and payback period analysis.
- Monitor profitability across the product portfolio and execute pricing strategies to achieve financial objectives.
- Partner with sales teams to define go-to-market strategies, create sales tools, and deliver training resources.
- Provide support for customer engagements, technical sales initiatives, and industry trade shows.
- Work with marketing communications to shape product messaging, positioning, and promotional content.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert on actuator technologies, applications, and relevant industry requirements (e.g., NEMA, IP ratings, torque, and control interfaces).
- Collaborate with engineering to define specifications and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Guarantee that all products meet required safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Required Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required.
- 8 years' experience in product management, engineering or technical marketing.
- Experience with electro-mechanical systems and industrial automation.
- Experience with Project Management, PLM tools, ERP systems, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is desired.
- Experience working with customers in wastewater, power generation, steel, paper, or mining industries is desired.
