The Product Manager role involves bringing the voice of the physician and patient into product and evidence pipeline development. The position partners with Marketing Leadership and cross-functional groups to develop and commercialize products and clinical solutions that improve the physician and patient experience. Responsibilities include identifying new product opportunities, providing upstream marketing leadership on product development teams, conducting customer research, developing and executing early user evaluations for new products, leading cross-functional teams for commercial launch, serving as product champion and marketing contact, partnering with finance for market analytics, and assisting in developing customer-facing technical and clinical training content. The role requires creative problem-solving, excellent analytical skills, and strategic agility in a fast-paced environment. It is a hands-on, in-office role based in Pleasanton, CA. The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, at least 5 years of related work experience including 3 years in the medical device industry, and the ability to travel approximately 30% of the time. Compliance with vaccination rules and legal authorization to work in the United States are required. The company offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $145,000, a variable incentive plan, stock options, and an employee benefits package including 401(k), healthcare insurance, and paid vacation.
