Product Manager Williamsville, NY (Hybrid 3 days onsite/2 days remote) 6-12+-Month Contract to Hire Web Cam Interview $75-85/Hr on W2 $155-175k once converted to hire NOTES FROM MANAGER / REQUIRED SKILLS & EXP.:
  • Product Manager is 2 levels above a Product Owner - must be very polished
  • Hybrid 3 days per week - they are on Sheridan Drive - free parking
  • They need someone that's willing to put in the extra time as this is a demanding position
  • They need someone who has driver personality who can push hard

TotalityLMS is the company that developed a state-of-the-art loan management software system providing customers with a platform for streamlining lending decisions with seamless automation and real-time KPI tracking. Our client is looking for an experienced Product Manager to define and drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for our TotalityLMS SaaS solution. This leader will work closely with product designers, development teams, and business stakeholders to build intuitive and high-performing fintech solutions. Additionally, the Product Manager will lead a team of Product Owners, ensuring alignment across all aspects of product development and delivery. Principal Responsibilities
  • Define and drive a compelling product vision that aligns with business goals, market needs, and customer expectations.
  • Own and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Lead a team of Product Owners, providing guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction across multiple product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Designers, UX researchers, and Developers to create innovative, user-friendly fintech solutions.
  • Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to align product development with company-wide strategies.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and adoption.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making by analyzing user feedback, market trends, and product performance metrics.
  • Translate business and user requirements into actionable features and user stories, ensuring clarity for development teams.
  • Maintain a balance between feature development, technical debt, and system scalability within the product roadmap.
  • Foster a customer-first mindset, advocating for user needs while balancing business constraints.
  • Lead Agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Stay ahead of fintech industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive product innovation.
Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Product Management within a SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong product vision and strategic mindset, with the ability to align technical execution with business goals.
  • Experience working with Product Designers and UX/UI teams to craft customer-centric digital experiences.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading Agile teams.
  • Strong proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar).
  • Experience working with engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Ability to analyze user data, customer feedback, and market trends to drive product decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
  • Fintech experience is a plus, particularly in loan management, payments, or banking technology.
