• Collaborate with sales/design teams, customers, and vendors to manage inventory levels.
• Purchase stock items within designated product groups.
• Assist sales and design teams with special orders.
• Process incoming orders.
• Manage pricing strategies within product groups.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
• Oversee vendor rebate programs.
• Support sales and design teams in promoting Hood Distribution products and building brand awareness.
• Stay informed on product literature, manuals, and manufacturer updates; attend seminars as available.
• Provide technical support to sales and design teams.
• Coordinate freight logistics for product groups.
• Analyze client needs, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Prioritize tasks effectively through good time management.
• Offer technical training and cross-training across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in construction materials preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
