Position Overview
As a Product Manager, you'll contribute to Geocaching's growth by shaping features that improve user experience, engagement, and retention across both web and mobile platforms. You'll translate company goals into actionable product work and help deliver meaningful value to our company, and the global community we serve.
You're hands-on and detail-oriented, skilled at working with cross-functional partners to scope, prioritize, and launch features. You're comfortable gathering insights from data and user feedback, facilitating collaboration between teams, and helping keep projects aligned with broader business objectives. You bring strong product practices and a user-first mindset to everything you do.

Compensation and benefits
We carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your experience and internal equity, when determining individual pay. The range for this role is $92,800 to $144,770, with an expected starting range of $92,800 to $118,785. This position is eligible for annual salary increases and bonus (dependent on company & individual performance).
