Product Manager - MealPal : Job Details

Are you a product manager with experience building consumer experiences? Are you a creative problem solver who is ready to drive results?

MealPal is looking for a Product Manager to plan and execute product features, ideas, and optimizations throughout the entire MealPal member experience. This is a hands-on role combining data analysis, strategic thinking, and execution. You will work closely with a designer and multiple engineers to build and launch various product offerings. You will have a strong analytical abilities, creative skills, excellent communication and attention to detail.

* Responsibilities:*

? Drive product strategy and requirements for new features and product offerings for MealPal members.

? Partner with engineers to define requirements and ensure the correct functionality is built.

? Develop new ideas for product offerings and optimizations that align with business goals and member feedback.

? Manage weekly spring planning for the engineering team, as well as larger product roadmap.

? Operate with a growth mindset, and analyze user data and product offerings to optimize for member acquisition and retention.

* Requirements:*

? This role is ideal for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in Product Management.

? Start-up marketing experience is a plus. Generally you are a scrappy self-starter willing to roll up your sleeves and drive projects to completion.

? Data-driven with a problem-solving mentality. Strong Excel skills

? Nice to have (but not essential) basic understanding of SQL and prior experience working with a subscription based business

? This is a full-time in-office role based in New York, Monday - Friday. It is not a hybrid or remote working role.

* Compensation:*

? Competitive base salary - starting at $100k per year (up to $150k per year for exceptionally experienced candidates)
