The Role

As a Product Manager on the Compass Patient team, you will own the design and execution of front-end and back-end components of our data and software products.

You are excited about building products that leverage large amounts of data across a variety of different sources to build statistically driven data products.

You'll focus on building quality data and software products where data is run at scale across billions of records, creating UI features to interact with the data to create fit-for-use extracts, and delivering these data sets directly to customers. You'll work closely with the Product and Development teams to design and deliver features, including data filtering and search services, data delivery locations and file type specifications, query and information APIs, customer delivery designs, and UI-based administrative functions for users, templates, queries, and more.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys all aspects of product design, from front-end features to back-end technical specifications and is excited about contributing to a dynamic and growing product team.

What You'll Do

* Own and design data-focused product features from start to finish, including specifications, user stories, and performance monitoring

* Author design specifications within an agile methodology and work closely with the Engineering team to deliver

* Support release and sprint planning to ensure product enhancements support customers at the right time and in the right sequence

* Collaborate closely with a team of Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineering to design and deliver capabilities from prototype to scale, then iterate and enhance

Requirements

* 3+ years of hands-on Product Management experience

* Experience working on data components for product pipelines - reliable inbound data, managing data gaps and variation, data cleansing, and data quality

* Experience working on user interfaces that query and present data with production-ready insights

* Comfortable with SQL and/or Python

* Comfortable (and excited!) about ambiguity and turning product vision into specific features and designs

Compensation

* Base pay: $100,000 - $150,000

* The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
