About this position:

We are seeking an energetic, intelligent, and high-integrity individual to join our team as a Product Manager, ODM.

In this role, you will drive the development and lifecycle management of ODM products, lead cross-functional teams, and align products with business goals. Strong leadership, deep product management expertise, and collaboration skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product development, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with engineering and design teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Refine product requirements, user stories, and documentation.
• Collaborate across teams to align goals, priorities, and timelines.
• Report progress and challenges to senior leadership.
• Conduct market research to inform product strategy.
• Develop roadmaps in coordination with global teams.
• Prioritize features and manage resources for growth and value.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in product management or similar roles in tech
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with Agile and project management tools
• Knowledge of product management practices and successful product launches
• Leadership and influencing skills
