Responsibilities
Listen to and understand customer requirements, translating them into thorough feature proposals and justifications to secure stakeholder alignment.
Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver assigned features, managing scope and timelines effectively.
Collect, analyze, and interpret performance metrics related to product features, forming hypotheses for incremental improvements.
Understand the organizational Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), align related projects, work items, and measure the impact on key results.
Support an inclusive team environment by encouraging open communication and collaboration, ensuring all team members contribute effectively to product development and strategy.
Demonstrate strong technical problem-solving, communication skills, and experience with system architecture.
Identify opportunities and explore innovative solutions to complex problems.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years experience in product/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience
2+ years of experience with cloud storage

1+ year(s) of ability of to develop product roadmaps to deliver customer and business value across products and services.

1+ year(s) of experience in or knowledge of Block Storage, filesystems, distributed systems, and virtualization technologies.
Product Management IC3-The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
