Gen II is looking for a Product Manager to be integral in the continued enhancement and adoption of Funded, an electronic subscription management platform. The Product Manager will work closely with Senior Stakeholders as well as the Product Management and Scrum teams to push the product forward, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements while utilizing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. This position will allow a person to further hone and maintain technology skills, operating primarily as a business IT driver in the private fund formation space. Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
- Work closely with stakeholders to document project requirements
- Identify and solution downstream impacts
- Coordinate with internal technology teams to explain requirements
- Define Success Criteria and ensure success criterion are met
- Build and execute User Acceptance Testing plan, ensuring all new and existing features are working as expected
- Create and maintain user guide documentation and release notes
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and technical solutions.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements, Skills, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree is required, Business Administration (concentrations in Accounting, finance or Economics) preferred.
- 5-7 years' experience in the financial services (or similar) Industry.
- 5+ years' experience applying business systems analysis and business process management principles at different levels of an organization within an iterative and phased approach technology environment.
- Demonstrated experience with SAAS products, ideally Subscription Management Platforms.
- Proven experience analyzing complex information structures involving multiple layers of data and workflows
- Ability to think independently, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to learn on-the-job quickly, apply learning to recommend solutions to issues
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes and procedures in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience working with stakeholders who demand high quality and quick turnaround.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Knowledge of financial reporting is preferred

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $165,000 in addition to a discretionary bonus, eligibility to be considered for the Gen II Incentive plan (LTIP). and a comprehensive benefits package.
