Own Financial Systems & Workflows: Oversee end-to-end product management of financial systems, ensuring seamless integration with ERP (Dynamics 365), AP (Medius) and other enterprise platforms. Establish and monitor data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all financial workflows. Define & Track Success Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness, adoption, and ROI of financial products and features. Use quantitative and qualitative insights to guide prioritization and demonstrate business impact. Documentation & Enablement: Deliver clear and comprehensive product documentation, such as process flows, release notes, training materials, and technical specifications.
