Base pay range
$115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Providing our employees with job training and opportunities for growth, development, and advancement.Summary : The Product Manager – eCommerce Software Solutions is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of the company's ecommerce platforms that serve multiple brands across diverse customer segments. This role acts as the product owner for customer-facing online shopping experiences and underlying ecommerce functionality, driving cross-functional alignment and leveraging onshore and offshore teams to execute efficiently in a fully remote environment. This individual will blend strategic thinking with customer-centric execution—incorporating feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to ensure ecommerce experiences remain competitive, performant, and deeply aligned with business goals.Schedule : Monday-Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs.Salary Range: $115,000 To 130,000 AnnuallyCompensation Commensurate With Experience.At this time, we are not engaging with agencies or third-party recruiters. Thank you for your understanding.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Serve as the end-to-end owner of the eCommerce software platform, with full accountability for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Translate business goals and customer needs into a clear and actionable product roadmap.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic value, ROI, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market trend assessments to inform product decisions.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to gather insights and ensure direct user feedback informs decision-making.
- Facilitate collaboration between engineering (onshore/offshore), UX, marketing, and sales to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Define key success metrics (KPIs) for product features and monitor product performance to inform future development and ensure ongoing alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively across stakeholders, ensuring alignment, setting expectations, and managing competing priorities.
- Maintain detailed documentation of features, roadmaps, release notes, and known issues.
- Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc. as needed
- Adhere to all safety policies and protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Attend all department/company meetings, as requested

- Three (3) – seven (7) years of experience in eCommerce product management, preferably in a B2B or wholesale/print environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Tech, or a related field
CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
- Self-Motivation & Accountability: Ability to stay focused on tasks, meet deadlines, and produce high-quality work with minimal supervision. Holding oneself accountable for managing workloads, handling responsibilities, and maintaining professional standards.
- Critical Thinking & Decision Making: The ability to analyze information, identify problems, and make decisions independently. Confidence in making decisions when working remotely, even when feedback may not be immediately available.
- Strategic Product Ownership: Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and milestone tracking.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities are vital for remote work. Being clear, concise, and professional in emails, messages, and virtual meetings is critical. Active listening, and the ability to interpret and clarify communication effectively in virtual spaces.
- Technical Acumen: Comfortable working with development teams and understanding platform architecture and integrations.
- Technology and Tools: Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, etc.), Agile development tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, Remote collaboration tools: Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Analytics tools: Google Analytics or similar, Knowledge of APIs, CMS, and third-party integrations a plus
- Time Management: Self-discipline to manage personal and professional tasks, prioritize work, and avoid distractions at home. Ability to meet deadlines consistently without direct supervision.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Being adaptable to rapidly changing situations or project pivots without the support of in-person guidance. Comfortable with new tools and technologies, especially when team needs evolve or new platforms are introduced.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Strong ability to work as part of a virtual team. This includes both synchronous (live meetings, chats) and asynchronous (emails, shared documents) communication. Building rapport with colleagues despite the lack of physical presence, maintaining team cohesion and morale.
