J OB P URPOSE

The Product Manager (PM) is a key individual contributor and strategic leader within the Product Development team, responsible for delivering world-class eCommerce experiences. This role is focused on digital commerce initiatives powered by Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), ensuring the business delivers seamless, customer-centric online shopping journeys that drive growth, engagement, and conversion.

As one of the primary owner s of the digital commerce products, the PM is accountable for identifying user and business needs, defining product strategies and roadmaps, and ensuring value delivery through high-impact digital solutions.

This Product Manager role is an individual contributor position, reporting to a Group Product Manager. The Product Manager works collaboratively across multiple teams but does not directly manage others.

K EY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the digital commerce experience, leveraging Salesforce Commerce Cloud to enhance functionality, performance, and usability.
  • Translate customer needs and business objectives into actionable requirements and product features for online shopping, checkout, promotions, and post-purchase experience.
  • Maintain an end-to-end understanding of the eCommerce architecture—business processes, data flows, and platform integrations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, merchandising, and operations teams to launch scalable eCommerce solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the digital customer journey, from discovery to conversion and retention, through personalization, performance improvements, and user experience enhancements.
  • Monitor KPIs (conversion rate, average order value, cart abandonment, etc.) and use data to drive decision-making and prioritization.
  • Stay up to date on eCommerce best practices, platform capabilities, and customer expectations to inform innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and influence platform enhancements, third-party integrations, and vendor partnerships that support eCommerce goals.
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to design, test, and iterate on intuitive digital experiences across desktop and mobile.
  • Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, content, and operational readiness.
  • Drive agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs for cross-functional digital commerce teams.
  • Communicate product updates, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Remove blockers and resolve conflicting priorities to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Q UALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in software product management, preferably within eCommerce or digital retail.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or a comparable enterprise eCommerce platform.
  • Strong understanding of online shopping behavior, merchandising workflows, and conversion optimization tactics.
  • Analytical and data-driven with a deep appreciation for testing, performance metrics, and user feedback.
  • Effective communicator with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for delivering elegant, customer-focused digital experiences at scale .
