Job Summary:As part of the Data Center Solution Group, we are seeking a driven and strategic Data Center Product Manager to lead the development and growth of cutting-edge data center solutions. This role focuses on expanding market opportunities and overseeing the entire product lifecycle for High-Performance Computing (HPC), AI supercomputing, and next-generation infrastructure. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative and competitive solutions.

Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for data center solutions, ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectivesConduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback gathering to identify opportunities for growth and innovationCollaborate with engineering, design, and testing teams to develop solutions that meet evolving customer and market demandsManage the entire product lifecycle, from concept development to launch and post-launch optimizationManage product material procurement and oversee delivery schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of customer requirementsPartner with technology leaders and other vendors to co-develop future-ready solutionsSupport pre-sales activities by working with customers and providing technical expertise and strategic insightsLead go-to-market strategies, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to promote new solutions effectivelyBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with market needsProvide product training for internal teams, partners, resellers, and end customers to ensure deep understanding of product offeringsAssist with daily managerial tasks and support broader strategic initiatives within the teamQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Technology Management, Computer and Electrical Engineering (ECE), Master of Information Technology (MIT), or a related field (MEM or MSTM preferred)5+ years of product management experience within data center solutions, HPC, AI infrastructure, or related IT industriesProven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and post-launch growthFamiliarity with vendor partnerships and co-development processes with industry leadersIn-depth knowledge of data center architecture, including Cloud, HPC, and AI/ML infrastructuresTechnical expertise in data center networking and cablingUnderstanding of advanced cooling solutions, including liquid cooling systems for high-density environmentsExperience working with overall data center power managementGood knowledge related to Computing and Storage ServersStrong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work across engineering, sales, and marketing teamsExcellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneouslySelf-motivated, proactive, and able to lead complex projects under tight deadlinesWillingness to travel for customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry eventsSalary Range$89,000 - $150,000
The offered salary will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
