About the Opportunity

As a Product Manager in our Liners & Supplies Department, you will be at the forefront of developing impactful products that enhance the customer experience. This role is critical in shaping our product portfolio and supporting sales initiatives worldwide. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from strategic conception to market release, and work collaboratively with various teams to ensure success in global markets.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and managing the liner product portfolio within our milking solutions.
• Defining and implementing a strategic roadmap for product offerings.
• Providing commercial and technical support to global market organizations.
• Conducting ongoing competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Driving order intake and achieving sales targets through enhanced product competitiveness.
• Leading and contributing to special projects that align with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering, or five years of relevant experience.
• High technical aptitude with a solid understanding of business and product strategy.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in mechanical or agricultural engineering.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.

The typical base pay range for this position is expected to be between $70,000 - $90,000 per year, influenced by factors such as location and experience.
