Position DescriptionWe are hiring a Product Manager BSPT. The Product Manager BSPT will manage assigned product line(s) in alignment with overall strategic business plan objectives and ensure that product offerings fulfill customer and market needs. They will oversee operational and capabilities alignment for assigned products and manage the product lifecycle after launch.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product line strategies aligned with business objectives, including revenue growth, margin expansion, market share, and new product development.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback for short- and long-term requirements.
  • Collaborate on revenue forecasting and support commercial reviews.
  • Drive initiatives to meet revenue and margin targets.
  • Formulate and implement pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate product planning to ensure availability and inventory optimization.
  • Maintain product information for websites, SAP, and marketing materials.
  • Monitor product complaints and issues, reporting trends.
  • Act as product line champion internally and externally, managing stakeholders.
  • Manage product lifecycle, ensuring market fit and strategic alignment.
  • Guide fiscal planning based on financial results.
  • Lead new product development with strategic input, customer research, and market needs.
  • Identify and implement product modifications based on market feedback.
  • Define go-to-market strategies, product launches, and positioning with marketing teams.
  • Coordinate product training for sales and distribution teams.
  • Represent products at industry events, supporting sales efforts.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.
  • Support operational improvements across departments.

Required Skills/Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, biology, life sciences, or related field.
  • Advanced degree or graduate studies preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or scientific roles.
  • Industry experience in life sciences, biotech, or pharma.
  • Proven relationship-building and leadership skills across functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP and CRM is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Technical background in sales and marketing principles.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Salary and Benefits

  • Base salary in California: $88,452 - $115,293, depending on qualifications.
