What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide comprehensive support for the development and pricing of existing and new insurance products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, IT, actuarial, marketing, and finance
• Conduct competitive analysis and perform market research to inform product development
• Assist in the documentation of product specifications and business requirements
• Support the execution of acquisition and retention strategies to achieve business objectives

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance/Risk Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of increasingly responsible product management experience
• Basic knowledge of product and project management and financial analysis
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Solid communication, presentation, and persuasion skills with internal and external stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• CPCU and/or Actuarial exams
• Actively participating in employee resource groups or volunteer activities
• Experience in developing business requirements that encompass all policy lifecycles
• Advanced degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience in the insurance industry with a focus on product management
