Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to own and optimize product experiences that drive user value and business growth. You will shape how our platform generates revenue while delivering exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities include leading product from discovery through implementation, scaling effective solutions through data-driven insights, and increasing key metrics via strategic development and optimization.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to deliver features from concept to launch, translating business requirements into product specifications, and maintaining focus on quality and results. Success involves delivering seamless experiences that enhance key metrics through technical collaboration, prioritization, data quality, and iteration.

This position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, in-office Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent renter experiences by executing new product features from concept to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Translate requirements into actionable plans ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with design to create engaging, intuitive user interfaces for property listings.
• Develop understanding of data architecture to uphold listing integrity.
• Support scalable integrations with third-party data providers and internal stakeholders.
• Work with engineering to evaluate tradeoffs, participate in technical discussions, and identify scalable solutions.
• Use experimentation frameworks and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and improve performance.
• Analyze user behavior and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure alignment and communication across teams for product deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of digital product management experience with proven success in consumer software products.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams for feature development and launch.
• Experience working with design teams to optimize user experience.
• Ability to translate ideas into wireframes, mockups, and workflows.
• Proficiency with SQL, Google Analytics, FullStory, PowerBI, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with data-powered experiences and API integrations.
• Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management or similar experience in a technical role.
• Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, Aha!, Monday.com.
• Experience with user research tools like Maze, UserTesting, Dovetail.
• Experience conducting A/B or multivariate tests.
• Experience in real estate sectors is a plus.
