Dykema's Bloomfield Hills office is seeking a talented and motivated associate with 4-7 years of experience to join our Product Liability & Class Action Litigation practice group. Candidates with defense experience in catastrophic injury cases are highly preferred. Experience within the automotive industry and e-discovery is a plus.

Responsibilities include motion practice, discovery, brief writing, preparing witnesses for depositions, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, client interaction, trial preparation, and trial participation. Candidates should have significant experience in case management, fact investigation, and discovery, with strong written and oral advocacy skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential. Admission to practice law in Michigan is required.
