Product Engineer - Medium-Voltage Switchgear - Eaton Corporation, plc : Job Details

Develop and lead best practices for critical customer documentation and marketing collateral including instruction booklets, parts catalogues, design guides, specifications, and brochures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quote and order fulfillment processes using customer-facing order tools. Support growth initiatives with key customers through technical education and order support. Support Voice-of-Customer (VOC) initiatives, including developing and gathering feedback from prospective customers in key market segments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain to develop new products or modify existing products to meet customer requirements and market needs. Conduct competitive comparisons for both technical product and marketing benchmarking.
