Product Engineer – On-Site (Tonawanda, NY)

We're seeking a skilled Product Engineer to play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for water, wastewater, and fluid systems applications. In this position, you'll support the full project lifecycle — from providing accurate and timely responses to customer RFPs to leading award-phase design execution with clarity, reliability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Provide detailed technical responses to RFPs, including specification review, BOM validation, and design documentation.
• Lead engineering deliverables from concept through detailed design and drawing release.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and on-time delivery.
• Apply industry standards and best practices to develop manufacturable, high-quality solutions.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to technical knowledge-sharing initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Internship or professional experience in product or design engineering, ideally in water, wastewater, or fluid systems industries.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and PLM systems.
• Experience with BOM creation, specification review, and design for manufacturability.
• Strong understanding of fluid mechanics, materials selection, and pressure vessel or piping component design.
