As a key early hire, you will play a foundational role in shaping product architecture, shipping features, and defining engineering best practices. • Build & Ship Fast - Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications that power classroom AI tools.
• End-to-End Ownership - Own features across the stack, from database to UI to AI infrastructure.
• Classroom-Centric Development - Focus on product usability and the impact of features in real teaching environments.
• Influence Product & Culture - Contribute to technical decisions, product quality, and team culture.
• Rapid Iteration - Collaborate closely with a tight-knit team to iterate fast and deliver value to teachers and students.

What Will You Bring

• Strong experience in full-stack development, ideally 2+ years in high-growth or startup environments.
• Expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and familiarity with AI coding assistants.
• Ability to ship production-ready code quickly while maintaining high engineering standards.
• Passion for education, AI, and user-focused product development.
• Comfortable working in US time zones, flexible on location (NYC preferred).
