With a focus on heat exchangers and related fluid-handling components, you'll lead initiatives that enhance reliability, safety, and performance for clients in the industrial and infrastructure sectors.
What You'll Do:
- Lead functional areas such as engineering, product management, or operations, based on your background and the needs of the business.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve product performance and expand customer value.
- Partner closely with company leadership and acquired teams to ensure smooth integration and operational alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement across engineering and production, prioritizing data-informed decisions.
- Play a key role in acquisition evaluations and post-deal integration.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and service excellence.
Who You Are:
- You hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- You have significant experience with engineered systems—ideally in water, wastewater, or thermal management (e.g., heat exchangers, industrial fluid systems).
- You bring a strong track record of technical leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- You're confident using data and metrics to guide decisions and measure impact.
