With a focus on heat exchangers and related fluid-handling components, you'll lead initiatives that enhance reliability, safety, and performance for clients in the industrial and infrastructure sectors.

What You'll Do:

• Lead functional areas such as engineering, product management, or operations, based on your background and the needs of the business.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve product performance and expand customer value.
• Partner closely with company leadership and acquired teams to ensure smooth integration and operational alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering and production, prioritizing data-informed decisions.
• Play a key role in acquisition evaluations and post-deal integration.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and service excellence.

Who You Are:

• You hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• You have significant experience with engineered systems—ideally in water, wastewater, or thermal management (e.g., heat exchangers, industrial fluid systems).
• You bring a strong track record of technical leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
