Product Director of Equipment Intelligence is responsible for leading product management of Cytiva's portfolio of digital products to support our customers' bioprocess equipment services. This position is part of the global Automation, Digital & Learning Solutions department and will be either onsite in one of our global locations, hybrid or remote. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do
  • Evaluate and size market opportunities for digital solutions that enhance bioprocess equipment services, with a focus on value creation for Cytiva's Equipment Services organization.
  • Lead and evolve the product roadmap in close collaboration with global cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to shape product direction and drive adoption.
  • Own and manage product financials, including cost structures, pipeline value, and revenue performance.
  • Partner with Strategic Marketing and cross-functional business units within Hardware and Equipment Services to craft compelling go-to-market strategies that resonate with the biotech industry.
  • Collaborate with research and innovation teams to identify and develop future product opportunities that push the boundaries of what's possible in bioprocessing.
Who you are
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in Product Management, R&D, Data Science, Marketing, or Portfolio Management; 10+ years preferred.
  • You have a strong ability to assess market potential and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
  • You thrive in matrixed, global environments and are energized by working across functions, time zones, and cultures.
  • You have a background in product management with strong commercial awareness, or business development, or services sales — ideally with exposure to the biotech or life sciences industry.
  • You're a creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of adapting existing offerings and co-creating new value propositions with internal and external partners.
  • You bring a solid foundational awareness of technology, engineering, data science, or bioprocessing, and are comfortable navigating digital technologies such as advanced process control and cloud-based data systems.
  • You have a track record of delivering high-impact products and managing complex, high-value portfolios.
  • You love working in a high performing team, learning new things, and collaborating across teams.
Travel, Vehicle & Environment Requirements
  • This position requires up to 20% domestic and international travel

We support flexible, remote working arrangements for eligible roles and will provide information about remote work options during the interview process.

The salary range for this role is $170,000 - $210,000. This range may be modified in the future. This job is eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
