Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Our client, a leading children's apparel brand, is seeking a Product Development Manager to join their team in New York!

Responsibilities:

• Work across the entire sample making process throughout development stages
• Manage and organize product sample room
• Spearhead approval process with cross-functional teams
• Understand vendor strategy and work cross-functionally on allocations
• Track samples
• Monitor quality of samples
• Develop packaging approval guides
• Create presentations
• Update sample tracking charts

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development
• Kid's apparel experience is a plus
• Strong sample experience, with knowledge in reviewing them for approvals
• Strong understanding of garment construction
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Experience using PLM system is preferred
