Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Product Development role located in Melville, NY at Absolute New York. The Product Development team is responsible for market research, utilizing analytical skills, effective communication, research and development (R&D), and product management to create innovative beauty products that resonate with customers.

Qualifications

• Market Research and Analytical Skills.
• Develop new products and conduct testing and research on existing products.
• Determine product specifications and conduct market research and analysis based on trends.
• Manage the entire process from product development to launch.
• Maintain effective communication with vendors.
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.
• Strong data analysis and management skills required.
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Product Development, or Business.
