Product Development / Customer service assisting sales representatives to follow up with customers, communicate with material suppliers, and Charming global teammates to facilitate product development that meets and exceeds our customers requirements. *
* General administrative and clerical tasks answering phone calls, reporting, inventory, invoicing, and assembling presentations.
* Quality control inspecting incoming samples for quality and color consistency
* Communicating effectively with customers, business partners, and Charming teammates to ensure a smooth and timely completion of task s
* Creating customer reference books and profiles
* Following new product development from inception through pricing and samples to approvals through production at multiple locations
* Understanding and mastering our customers systems and requirements we are an extension of their developmental needs

* Experience in product development, especially related to textiles and trim items

* Experience with inventory management system s
* Knowledge of sustainable materials and processes
* Multiple language skills a plus
* History with digital platforms, QR, NFC or RFID
* Recent experience with apparel Trim and identification
