Overview:
We're seeking a Product Designer with fluency in Spanish to join an exciting mid-September engagement. You'll partner with teams in NYC and Mexico to elevate a rebranded app experience, focusing on core journeys and key moments. This role combines high-level visual design craft with the ability to coach and collaborate across cultures, acting as a bridge between teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine high-quality UI designs for digital products from concept to final delivery.
- Elevate the app's visual experience by integrating the new brand across core flows and touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with a UX/strategic lead and a design systems-focused senior designer.
- Coach design teams on strong product design practices.
- Work as a bilingual bridge between NYC and Mexico teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Create and maintain style guides, component libraries, and visual assets.
- (Preferred) Incorporate motion design to enhance user engagement and storytelling.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a product designer, ideally with B2C banking or financial services products.
- Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, attention to detail, and aesthetic execution.
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to balance creativity with usability and accessibility principles.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
