Product Design Engineer - Aventure Staffing Professional Placement : Job Details

Aventure Staffing is partnering with an industry leader in Southern Minnesota searching for a skilled and detail-oriented Product Design Engineer. This is an opportunity to design and develop hydraulic cylinders for industrial, agricultural, and construction equipment. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating innovative, reliable, and cost-effective designs that meet customer and industry specifications while ensuring they are ready for manufacturing and perform as expected. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop hydraulic cylinders using 3 D CAD software (e.g., Solid. Works, AutoCad). Create detailed drawings and specifications for manufacturing, including material selection and tolerance analysis. Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and quality teams to ensure product feasibility and performance. Conduct engineering analysis, including pressure rating calculations, and stress analysis.
