Join Our Team as a Product Delivery Representative!

As a Product Delivery Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders safely and efficiently. You will operate company vehicles to deliver automotive parts and products, while also managing customer returns and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to our professional customers.
• Utilize delivery fleet management devices for processing deliveries and capturing customer signatures.
• Perform regular vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness of delivery vehicles.
• Secure company assets, including keys and funds from transactions.
• Process customer returns, maintaining accurate records.
• Keep open communication with store management regarding customer needs and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure vehicles are fueled and locked at the end of your shift.
• Complete daily timekeeping procedures in line with company policy.
• Take part in additional duties including customer service and stock management as needed.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capability to adapt to changing delivery situations effectively.
• A valid driver's license meeting company standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with automotive parts.
• Ability to operate light store equipment.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
