Product Delivery Manager - Air Liquide USA LLC : Job Details

Air Liquide Advanced Technologies U.S. LLC, part of the Air Liquide Group— the world's largest supplier of industrial gases— is seeking a Product Delivery Manager in Houston, TX, with potential telecommuting options. The role involves managing the operational end-to-end delivery of Air Liquide's computer products and related services, including leading, planning, and directing activities related to Product Delivery and Technical Operations.

The responsibilities include overseeing the management of Supervision & Control (SCADA), optimization (SIO), Asset Performance (OneMaximo), and Process automation products primarily in Europe. The role requires liaising with Product Managers and teams, monitoring service performance via KPIs, supporting service reviews, managing incident resolution, change management, and ensuring service levels are met. The candidate will work with various industrial supervision software and protocols such as Osisoft PI, Wonderware Historian, OPC, and Modbus.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Minimum Experience: Five (5) years in Project/Product Management and Business roles.
